I trust you are well.

I just wanted to take a quick minute of your time to let you have some feedback regarding one of your agents. I have been dealing with Nadia Gokul for the past few months whenever I have any enquiries for Mauritius or Zanzibar. I must just tell you that the level of service I receive and the competency levels are out of this world. We have so many operators to choose from and to phone but if I ever have Mauritius or Zanzibar my first choice is to phone Nadia as I know I will get a friendly greeting and professional service.

Recently we had a bit of a hickup with one of my bookings and through no fault of her own one of my bookings had to be changed and Nadia did everything in her power to assist me and to make sure I was happy and my client was happy - and this was at 4:45pm on a Friday evening. Needless to say my client was ecstatic with the outcome and appreciated the last minute assistance.

I really wanted to let you know as everyone is so quick to complain about bad service but no-one ever says anything about excellent service and I believe Nadia should be commended on her outstanding service provided. I look forward to making many more bookings with Nadia and Holiday Factory and furthering our great relationship.

We have just recently returned from Mauritius (Heritage Awali) which we booked through the Holiday Factory. I would just like to say that we were very impressed with the resort � it was a truly awesome holiday (beaches absolutely stunning, weather perfect and the hotel setting etc beautiful).

Our holiday was amazing.....we actually want to go back there again next year. So, if you have any Mauritius specials for August/September for 2012, please let me know!

The Indian Resort is beautiful and the staff (from the cleaning ladies, right to the chef and managers) are very friendly and helpful. Anything you ask for, be it for them to organize an excursion for you, or just a special request for food, they do it with a smile!

I can also recommend the Scenic South tour, swimming with the dolphins tour and the Indian Resort as a whole. Truly a wonderful place to go and relax!

We had a lovely holiday thanks. Both hotels were great. We couldn't believe the amazing service received by those Mauritians. Wow they really made us feel almost like ' royalty '.

Our favourite stay was at ' The Sands ' though, we just felt more comfortable and my husband was thrilled with the free internet access. The room was on the 3rd floor which had a lovely view.

We enjoyed the ' half board ' buffet . Need to diet now :(

The room at Meridien was also spacious and full sea view which was beautiful to wake up to. No free internet . Not serious but can become very expensive to buy access.

Both hotels can be recommended to future holiday makers. People that enjoy there drinks should go for the ' all inclusive package ' though, as the drinks are very expensive. We are fortunately not big drinkers ! So our check - out bill was not too high.
